Indeed the internal finish drew gasps of surprise from several as-yet uncommitted visitors to the site who were inspecting our house, and perhaps some of the few remaining houses to be allocated will go shortly.
Various internal shots were taken for comparison with the previous week; by and large work in progress showed a large amount of framework constructed on slabs towards to road, on the southern side, but there are still foundations to be dug on the blocks previously covered by Mount Sinai along the northern boundary where the creek runs.
Something that appears to have happened ahead of schedule is the foundations for the Community Centre; we got two good shots, one from the North-East; the second shot, taken from the South-West, is shown with the images shot the next visit.
Two days earlier I had photographed (through the chain link fence) the now cleared area just south of the creek, waiting for foundations to be dug for houses 30 to 34. While I was there I took a snap from Reservoir Road of the grossly overgrown creek which forms the northern boundary of the property.

It has bucketted down with rain for nearly ten days... Here we see two days before (14th July) at midday, trucks parked with trays raised to let the water out) and a pool still on the ground, photo shot at midday!
.
The tradesmen on site have been busy with other houses less advanced, but we can see that the rendering of the columns outside has been finished. To the right is a shot of the recently poured but unfinished Community Centre slab shot from the SW corner.

It continued to rain for a bit, but eased for a few days before the resident visit. Again we see two days before (28th July) in the afternoon, progress on the roadside allotments, with the slabs for numbers 30 to 34 having been poured.

The week before the visit (5th August) shows progress on houses 30 to 34 well in hand.
